Bearing damage and failure are problems that are often encountered in the use of bearings. There are many forms of damage and failure of roller bearings, including rust, transportation damage, installation damage, lubrication failure, abrasive wear and fatigue (normal damage).
Many failures occur in more than two reasons, but it is often difficult to determine the main cause.
In order to maintain the performance of the bearing itself in a good condition for as long as possible, the bearing maintenance, overhaul and abnormal conditions are often handled to ensure the reliability of the operation. Maintenance is best carried out on a regular basis based on the operating standards of the corresponding mechanical operating conditions. The contents include bearing monitoring operation status, bearing replenishment or replacement of lubricant, and periodic disassembly inspection.
